Vision Alliance Elite Workspaces · Arcadia, CA
A marketing system for a new coworking space in the San Gabriel Valley, built from a logo into a bilingual brand with events and a website that turn leads into office rentals.

01Problem
Vision Alliance Elite Workspaces serves professionals across the San Gabriel Valley: attorneys, CPAs, consultants, coaches, real estate agents and entrepreneurs, with a large Chinese-speaking community.
When I started, the business had a logo and a Chinese-only website. It needed to be found, to be understood in more than one language, and to give people a reason to walk in.
Day one, none of these existed yet
02Audience
Private offices, shared desks, a virtual address, and meeting rooms by the hour, priced clearly.
Pages and FAQs in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, so no one had to translate for themselves.
Seminars and networking nights that gave neighbors a reason to visit before they ever needed a desk.
03Solution
Built a mobile-friendly, SEO-optimized website with a landing page for each offer and city, in English and Chinese.
Created a local events program, from recurring seminars to a 50-guest grand opening, to build relationships in person.
Established a digital presence with an automated content calendar, 90 social posts and paid campaigns that I tested and refined, growing organic followers from 0 to 85.
04Website & landing pages
I designed and built landing pages in Framer for each service, then localized them so each audience reads the page in its own language.

05Events
I hosted 15 professional seminars of 10 to 20 attendees each, including a Professional Seminar Series with local speakers, and a 50-guest grand opening, growing the local professional network and partnerships.

06Brand & print
A navy-and-gold system with clean rounded buttons carried the brand from the website to business cards, mousepads, coupons, postcards and event materials.

07Flyers
Flyers for the front desk, tours, events and outreach. Where a sheet has a Chinese version it sits right beside the English one, so the two are easy to compare. Tap any flyer to read it full size.
Three plans on one page: meeting and event space, virtual office, private office.

18 private offices from $700 a month.

$100 a month, with a member rate table for rooms.

Nine room types in one grid, for social posts and the front desk.

Membership tiers in English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

Capacities and amenities for every room, so a booking inquiry gets a straight answer.

08Social & ads
Instagram and Facebook carried the story, and paid campaigns brought people to the website.
